Registration Procedure

()Linkin Science offers different modes of registration options to work within your busy schedule according to the participant’s interest. We offer registrations for Speakers, Poster presentations, YRF (Young Research Forum), Students, Virtual presenters, Business delegates, Accompanying persons, Sponsors and Exhibitors.

Letter of Invitation

()The conference secretariat will provide a letter of invitation upon request to registered participants. This letter is to facilitate participant's travel and visa arrangements only. You can email nanoscience@linkinscience.com and request a Letter of Invitation after successful registration.

Registration Fee Includes

()1. Access to all scientific sessions, exhibitions

2. Conference kit > Conference book, scientific program & other information regarding the conference

3. Certificate Accreditation from the Conference Committee

4. Lunch during the conference and Tea/Coffee Breaks

5. Abstracts will be published in the Conference Proceedings

6. Access to Exhibitor halls

7. Photobooth

Transfer of Registration Fee

()If you have registered as an attending participant and unable to attend the conference due to any reason, you may convert your registration type to “virtual”, which will keep your paper in the community peer review process and conference publication.

Refund Policy

()Where the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her place to another person or to another event, then the following refund arrangements apply:
(a) Registrations cancelled before 60 days of the event - 50% of the registration fees will be refunded.
(b) Registrations cancelled between 60-45 days of the event - 25% of the registration fees will be refunded.
(c) Registrations cancelled less than 45 days of the event - No refund will be given.
(d) In case of event cancellation registered participants of the conference will get full refund for Paypal payments. For Bank transfers 15% will be deducted. Company is not liable to pay any other expenses like travel, accommodations booked privately etc to the participants.
(e) If an in-person conference is converted to a virtual format, a partial refund will be issued to reflect the change. Your registration will also grant you complimentary access to our next conference. No full refund will be given.

Responsibility

()Delegates are personally responsible for their belongings at the venue. The Organizers will not be held responsible for any stolen or missing items belonging to Delegates, Speakers or Attendees; due to any reason whatsoever.

Authorization Policy

()By registering for the conference you grant permission to Linkin Science Conferences to photograph, film or record and use your name image, voice and comments to publish, reproduce, exhibit, distribute, broadcast, edit and/or digitize the resulting images and materials in publications or in any other form advertising materials. Taking of photographs and/or videotaping during any session is prohibited.
